Shopping Assistance
Our team can provide practical assistance with grocery shopping and everyday errands, helping participants manage their shopping needs safely and confidently while maintaining choice and independence.
Meal Preparation
We assist participants with planning and preparing nutritious meals that suit their individual preferences, dietary requirements and lifestyle. Our meal preparation support encourages healthy eating while making everyday meal routines easier and more enjoyable.
Household Assistance
We provide assistance with everyday household tasks to help participants maintain a clean, organised and comfortable living environment. Support can include general cleaning, laundry, tidying and other routine household activities based on individual needs.
Transport Services
Our transport support helps participants safely and conveniently access appointments, shopping, community activities and social engagements. We aim to make getting around easier while supporting participants to remain active and connected.
Medication Assistance & Management
Our team can provide appropriate support with medication routines, including reminders and assistance where required and within the participant’s approved support arrangements. We focus on promoting safe and consistent medication management.
Nursing Supports
Our nursing supports provide professional care tailored to participants with ongoing or complex health needs. Our experienced nursing team works with participants and their support networks to promote health, safety, comfort and quality of life.
Wellness Checks & Health Monitoring
We provide regular health and wellbeing monitoring to help identify changes in a participant’s needs and support ongoing care. Our approach focuses on early awareness, personalised support and maintaining overall health, safety and wellbeing.
TRANSPORT TRAVEL RATES
- Travel in workers vehicle – $0.99 per km
- Parking fees – Charged at cost
- Toll charges – Charged at cost
All transport expenses must be agreed with the participant prior to the service and relate to their NDIS support needs.
